Jesmonite AC100 is a two-component, water-based casting material combining a mineral base with an acrylic polymer liquid. It is suitable for a variety of creative projects, including jewellery, decorative bowls, trays, coasters and home décor.

The BOX DUOSET LARGE kit contains both required components:

• 1 L of Jesmonite AC100 Liquid.

• 2.5 kg of Jesmonite AC100 Base powder.

Pigments and different finishing techniques allow you to create a range of colours, textures and surface effects.

Mixing ratio

Mix 1 part liquid with 2.5 parts base powder by weight.

For example, use 250 g of base powder for every 100 g of liquid. Weigh both components – the liquid volume stated in litres on the packaging is not the unit used for the mixing ratio.

Use and surface protection

Jesmonite AC100 can be used for indoor and outdoor projects. For outdoor use, a suitable sealer or paint system is recommended to protect the surface appearance.

Colour

The natural colour of AC100 is not pure white. For a whiter finish, add white Jesmonite pigment, following the pigment’s usage recommendations.
