Delivery information

Current order processing time is 1 business day, delivery time is not included. We deliver your order quickly and in an environmentally friendly way! It's important to us that we avoid plastic packaging and deliver your goods sustainably and safely.

Delivery in Lithuania

• COLLECTION from our warehouse - free of charge. Pick up your order from address Valerijono Protasevičiaus str. 2, 08462, Vilnius (Pagubė), Lithuania. Orders are being handed outside. Collection from MONDAY TO FRIDAY 12 p.m. - 5.00 p.m. after You get an email that Your order is ready to collect. Please collect your order in 3 business days after preparation email. Thank you for your understanding. 
• VENIPAK parcel locker - 3,06 EUR (incl. VAT), delivery within 1 - 3 working days from dispatch. Price valid up to 24 kg. Free delivery from 60 EUR ex VAT (72.60 EUR incl. VAT) up to 24 kg.
• VENIPAK courier - from 4,67 EUR (incl. VAT), delivery within 48 hours from dispatch. Please note: Shipments weighing more than 25 kg will be automatically delivered to the recipient without the "4-hand" service, so the recipient will need to pick up the shipment from the courier's vehicle themselves.
• OMNIVA parcel machine - 4,39 EUR (incl. VAT), price valid for up to 24 kg, delivery in Lithuania within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch. Omniva Parcel Machines.

Important note - we do not deliver by courier to the Curonian Spit. We recommend choosing VENIPAK or OMNIVA parcel machine.

• We are an e-shop only and do not have a physical store, so we cannot prepare and sell the goods upon a customer's arrival. 

Delivery to the EU & Other Countries

Latvia:

• VENIPAK parcel machine - 3,6 EUR + VAT (up to 24 kg), delivery within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch. Free delivery - from 120 EUR ex VAT (145,2 EUR incl. VAT) for orders up to 24 kg.
• VENIPAK courier to address - from 6,38 EUR + VAT, delivery within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch. Please note: Shipments weighing more than 25 kg will be automatically delivered to the recipient without the "4-hand" service, so the recipient will need to pick up the shipment from the courier's vehicle themselves.
• OMNIVA parcel machine - 6,68 EUR + VAT, price valid for up to 24 kg. Delivery within 1 - 2 working days from dispatch.

Estonia:

• VENIPAK parcel machine - 5,36 EUR + VAT, delivery within 2 - 3 working days from dispatch. Price valid for orders up to 24 kg.
• VENIPAK courier to Your address - from 6,97 EUR + VAT, delivery within 2 - 3 working days from dispatch. Please note: Shipments weighing more than 25 kg will be automatically delivered to the recipient without the "4-hand" service, so the recipient will need to pick up the shipment from the courier's vehicle themselves.
• OMNIVA parcel machine - 8,62 EUR + VAT, price valid for up to 24 kg. Delivery within 2 - 3 working days from dispatch.

Finland:

• FEDEX courier to Your address - from 14 EUR + VAT, delivery within ~4 working days from dispatch.

Poland:

• VENIPAK / FEDEX courier to Your address - from 6,92 EUR + VAT (up to 2 kg), prices changes according to your product cart total weight, delivery within ~2 - 5 working days from dispatch.

Other Countries:

We can deliver by FEDEX courier to the following European countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway (Delivered at Place (DAP)), Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland (Delivered at Place (DAP)).

We will provide You with the parcel tracking number so that You could track Your order until the delivery moment and in case Your shipment is lost or damaged we offer replacement or refund, please report any problems to us by email [email protected].

The delivery price is counted automatically depending on the total weight of Your product cart.

Romania - from 16,58 EUR + VAT, 5 - 6 working days.

Spain (Continent)* - from 17,19 EUR + VAT, 6 - 7 working days.

Delivered at Place (DAP) meaning - The buyer (receiver) is responsible for all the duties, taxes, and clearance fees).
